The coffee plantation:  Dekundekawa Musasa Cooperative of 459 smallholders in the mountainous area of Rwanda, a small landlocked country in the Great Rift Valley.  Coffee is one of the major cash crops for export.  There are several coffee cooperatives, mainly run by women.

Coffee processing system: Fully washed then sun-dried on raised beds

Tasting notes:  Sweet citrus taste of clementines and butterscotch with milk chocolate.  The citrus taste sweet lemon and lime lingers at the finish
