Altitude: 1500-1750 metres above sea level
Coffee Plantation: This coffee is from 24 different farms in La Plata, Nataga, Paez, Pital, and Tesalia in the Central cordillera(mountain range) of the Andes (Pitalito, Acevedo, Palestina, Timaná, and Suaza)

Coffee processing system: The coffee is processed in micro-mills at each farm where it is hand-sorted and washed, with attention paid to the drying process to ensure consistency. The decaffeination process is also located in Colombia at a decafecol plant (using ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane) close to the farms, reducing the travel carbon footprint compared with most coffee which is decaffeinated in either Canada or Germany.
Tasting notes: This coffee is noted for sweet, dark shades of treacle, with orange zest and milk chocolate in the aftertaste.
